Why this business exists.

I spent three years working directly under Meta through Accenture. I received their training, worked inside their support teams, and watched campaigns run at every budget level across virtually every industry.

I also watched how clients were treated.

Bad service. Empty promises. Fees that had nothing to do with the results being delivered. I raised these issues internally. Some things changed; I was never credited for them. Eventually, clients started asking to speak with me directly, away from the corporate recorded calls. They wanted the truth. They weren't getting it from the agency.

Point99 is a direct response: what happens when someone with real inside knowledge offers it at a price that fits the client's reality? Not industry-standard agency pricing. Not retainers that don't match output. Something honest, from someone who's seen exactly how the platform works from the company that built it.

The .99 Cent Theory.

I developed this as a teenager. The world keeps getting more expensive, and regular people keep getting priced out of services that could genuinely help them. Point99 exists to correct that, at least in one corner of the market.

Same quality as what the bigger agencies offer. Better cost. That holds across every client.

My grandmother had a version of this too. She believed nobody is perfect, but you must always do your best to be right with the world. If 100% is perfect, 99% is the next best thing. That standard applies to every campaign and every client relationship I take on.

What working with Point99 actually looks like.

I take on a small number of clients at a time. That's intentional. You're not a ticket in a queue; you're a business I'm invested in getting results for.

I'm based in Ottawa. I'll meet in person when it helps. I've visited client locations before building campaigns, because getting a real feel for the business matters before writing a single ad. If you run a restaurant, an escape room, or a local shop, I want to understand what makes someone walk through your door.

I'm also honest about what I can and can't do. If your goals aren't realistic with your current budget, I'll tell you that before you spend anything. If a campaign isn't performing, I'll say so before you have to ask.
