I spent three years working directly under Meta through Accenture. I received their training, worked inside their support teams, and watched campaigns run at every budget level across virtually every industry.
I also watched how clients were treated.
Bad service. Empty promises. Fees that had nothing to do with the results being delivered. I raised these issues internally. Some things changed; I was never credited for them. Eventually, clients started asking to speak with me directly, away from the corporate recorded calls. They wanted the truth. They weren't getting it from the agency.
Point99 is a direct response: what happens when someone with real inside knowledge offers it at a price that fits the client's reality? Not industry-standard agency pricing.
